 Artists in Motion/Alchemy Ballet is a Fairfax County based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation formed to bring together exceptional local and international talent to co-create world-class cross-cultural and interdisciplinary performances that delight and inspire audiences. We strive to make extraordinary training and performances accessible to the communities we serve while building bridges across cultural barriers and spreading compassion through the arts.​ 

• To nurture and prepare young artists by exposing them to world-class dynamic arts professionals and instructors, and facilitating performances, classes and workshops.​

•  To enrich local communities through performance, service, and educational opportunities that seek to dismantle cultural barriers through unique collaborations and artistic excellence.​

• To highlight, promote and assist exceptional local and international artists by providing support in navigating international travel requirements such as like artist visas and immigration documentation.​

•  To serve as an incubator for artists in the emerging phase of their careers, cultivating their artistry, assisting with marketing and other skills and materials required to work professionally, providing opportunities for cross-cultural and interdisciplinary collaborations with other artists.​
